How does delivery work?
Once your order has been paid for and confirmed, we begin packaging and preparing your order for dispatch. Depending on the time that the order was placed, the order will either be dispatched on the same day or the very next day. You will then receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number, and you will be able to track your order throughout the process.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery for all orders totalling R1 000 or more.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver countrywide to all major cities.
Main cities
Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day and should arrive at your chosen location within three (3) working days. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day and arrive within three (3) working days from that day.
Regional areas (locations outside of major cities and metropolises)
Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day and should arrive at your chosen location within five (5) working days. Orders placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day and arrive within five (5) working days from that day.
Do you deliver to the Post Office?
No. Due to the unpredictable nature of the South African Postal Service, we only deliver to street addresses and choose to use couriers. Because of this, someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for the parcel on delivery. If no one is available, the courier will return either later or the following day.
Will you deliver to a post box?
No. All delivered parcels need to be signed for to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. If you don't have a home or work address where someone can sign for a parcel, we suggest sending it to a friend or family member’s office, business or home address.
What happens if you listed the wrong address or want to change the address?
If you placed your order before 14:00, contact us with the correct/new address, and we will change it for you. If the order was placed more than one day before your request to change, you will, unfortunately, be charged an additional delivery fee.
Will your parcel be safe?
Yes. Each product is packed within a suitably sized box. The parcel is then sealed with security tape. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels and ensure fragile parcels are kept away from heavy, bulky ones.
Returns
We believe that you will be 100% satisfied with your product, but occasionally you may need to return an item.
- You can cancel your order and return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date if it is in its original condition, completely unused, and suitable for resale.
- You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery.
- Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled, and the goods are returned to us along with the original receipt.
- Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor or improper use.
- Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged for the same product and cannot be refunded.
